Manual Lymphatic Drainage(MLD) - While lymphatic drainage resembles massage it is different. We take pride in our dedication to education and our experience we bring to each patient with the utmost emphatic awareness for your individual needs. We assess and create a custom plan while educating you on the most effective ways to take care of your body, so

that you may heal.

By applying the scientific-oriented techniques of bodywork, our focus is to help relieve our patients' pain, address range of motion issues, and discomfort to allow the body to begin to feel ease and comfort again. Swedish Massage & Cupping

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage can elongate the muscles, open and lubricate the joints and decrease swelling, all of which can ease movement and increase flexibility. By incorporating stretching techniques, Swedish style massages can also increase a more fluid range of motion.

Cupping

Cupping is a form of massage therapy which decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction, unlike other forms of massage that compresses soft tissues. During cupping, the cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup.

Energtic Craniosacral

Craniosacral Therapy is performed by using gentle touch. From there, the practitioner gauges the energy of the body from the head and manipulates the movement of the bone through energy work.

Consultation

Patient intake medical history, visual and palpation will be done in order to provide instruction in possible treatments and options for receiving therapies for edema(swelling)issues.
